Ingense Shipping Policy

At Ingense, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience for all customers across the United Kingdom. Our goal is to ensure you receive your order safely and on time, with clear expectations throughout the delivery process.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Processing & Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all UK orders:

Order Cutoff Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Handling Time:
1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday)
During this time, your order is prepared, packed, and handed off to the carrier.

Transit Time:
After dispatch, estimated delivery within 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Window:
7 to 16 business days total (handling time + transit time)

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unexpected carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:
All orders shipped within the United Kingdom qualify for free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required.


Carrier Services

We work with trusted UK carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri (Hermes)
  • DPD
  • DHL Parcel UK

A specific carrier may be selected based on delivery location and package size.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

You can track your package at any time on our Track Your Order page or directly through the carrier’s website.


Missing Items or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package arrives but an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the package and any items received (if applicable)

We will investigate and provide a solution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
